Please bring your laptop to all on-site sessions at Hotel Indigo so you can access the online resources session leaders will provide through Sched and/or through their slides.
Please use the ride share teams in the Flight Tracker to make our travel to and from Hotel Indigo efficient and cost-effective - and friendly!
Check-in at the Hotel Indigo is at 4:00 PM PT. We’ve requested an early check-in for any rooms possible, but the hotel cannot guarantee rooms for us until 4:00 PM PT. If you arrive before that time, feel free to check with the front desk about your room’s state of readiness, then they will gladly hold your luggage for you until your room is ready. In the meantime, starting at 3:00 PM PT, you can go to the Palace + Olympic + Globe (POG) Room and the POG room patio to get your TL swag bag and hang out with the team!
Once you’ve arrived at Hotel Indigo, and until you depart, your Expensify usage should be limited as all meals are covered.
During the "Restaurant Captain-Hosted Dinners" (Day 2, 4/19), you also have the option of enjoying a meal on your own. If you choose to have dinner independently, it will be covered under our standard travel guidelines!
During your visit to LA, please utilize our LA Travel Guide to find options for food, drinks, entertainment, tours, and more!
